All sales are final due to the delicate, handmade nature of preserved insect art.

​If an item arrives damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof to request a free replacement of an item of similar value or a full refund minus original shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
